Customized Products


Our goal is to not only meet but exceed our customers’ expectations. We have implemented several procedures to ensure your products are exactly what you ordered. All spellings of exhibitor and horse’s names are provided by AQHA, and any mistakes will need to go to the AQHA awards department.


Damaged Items


Please inspect your delivered products for accuracy. If the goods you receive are damaged or have a manufacturing flaw, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. If we are unable to replace the damaged products in a timely manner, then we will issue you a full refund for the damaged products.
