Domestic Shipments
All orders shipping within the lower 48 US states will ship via UPS Ground. This will allow us to better serve our customers with faster shipping/transit time to residential locations. Orders shipping to a PO Box will be shipped via US Postal Service.
You will receive an email with your tracking information when your trophy has shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite shipments at this time.
International Shipments
Orders shipping outside of the lower 48 US states will ship via GlobalPost.
You will receive an email with your GlobalPost tracking number when your order ships. GlobalPost will deliver the package to your country’s final mile carrier. You will be issued a new tracking number with the final mile carrier.
Duties and Tariffs
All international shipments are susceptible to additional duties, fees and tariffs. Any additional duties or tariffs during shipment are the customer's responsibility to pay. This includes both promo trophy orders and subsequent trophy orders.
Lost Shipments
In the event your shipment is lost, please contact us immediately with your name, order number and tracking information.
