Once we have received the award information from the AQHA, you will receive an email with your award data. Follow the steps below to set up your password to the website and order your awards.
- Select the link in the email to access the trophy website.
- If this is your first time logging in to the trophy website, please select Reset Password.
- Use the email address the award email was sent to (this may be different than your email address you use for the AQHA website) to reset your password.
- Please wait up to 30 minutes for the reset password email. Once you have received the email, follow the instructions to set up your password for the trophy website.
- After setting up your password, you can login to the trophy website and view your trophy case.
- Select each trophy to view a larger image and engraving data.
- Add all awards to your cart and follow the steps on the website to complete your purchase.
Promotional Awards
Any award that is free will be marked in your trophy case with a Golden Ribbon icon next to your award. Promotional awards are only valid for 6 months after which you will have to purchase. When completing your order, your subtotal will be $0.00. You are required to enter your credit card information, but you will not be charged.
Carroll Companies, Inc. will send you an e-mail receipt to confirm that we have received your order.
